How sustainable is your production process?
Our swimwear and resort wear are ethically made in Bali, and crafted with care by skilled artisans. We use Vita by ECONYL® a premium, regenerated nylon made from waste like fishing nets and fabric scraps. It's eco-friendly, long-lasting, soft, and resistant to chlorine, sunscreen, and UV rays. We chose this fabric to ensure the highest quality with the lowest impact. Each capsule collection is designed with focused consideration and timeless forward thinking.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
We currently do not offer address changes after your order has been placed and confirmed.

How long will my order take?
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
We ship with DPD Next Day Delivery and Royal Mail
- DPD Next day delivery (When ordered before 12pm): Delivered the next working day. (Excludes weekends) - £6.80
- Royal Mail 1st Class (24 Hour Signed & Tracked): Delivered within 1 - 2 working days - £4.99
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (48 Hour Signed & Tracked): Delivered within 2 - 4 working days - £3.99
Shipping Time: Orders placed with AMB Resort are typically shipped within 2 business days. If your order is delayed or canceled for any reason (such as stock issues, payment problems, etc.), we will contact you via email.
All ambresort.com orders are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), which means you will have to pay additional fees at the time of order delivery. As the recipient, you are liable for all the import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your delivery country. Duties and taxes charges are based on the sales tax applied by your delivery country. The payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. If the duties & taxes charges are not paid, the order will be returned to the AMB Resort warehouse and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at info@ambresort.com. Note that, AMB Resort does not take responsibility for lost/missing packages.
Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?
Delivery times are approximate. There may be some situations which cause delays to your delivery which are beyond our control.
